SIT Connect has signed a partnership agreement with Wiley to bring LanguageCert Academic to the students we help. Almost every international student needs to prove their English on the way to university. With this agreement you get a complete route to that result in one place, with our team guiding every step.
Recognised by universities and colleges in the UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, the USA and Canada, and by institutions in many other countries. Each programme page on this site shows the English tests that programme accepts.
The SELT version, taken at a UKVI-approved test centre, is approved by UK Visas and Immigration for UK student visas. Australia's Department of Home Affairs and Ireland's Department of Justice also accept it for student visas.
A multilevel test: you never choose a level in advance. Your score places you anywhere from B1 to C2.
The Speaking test is a one-to-one conversation with a LanguageCert examiner, not a recording into a computer.

Official results arrive within 5 working days, with an overall score and a score for each skill.

Total: about 2 hours 34 minutes. Listening, Reading and Writing are taken together; Speaking can be on the same day or on another day within 14 days.
You receive an overall score from 0 to 100 and a score for each skill. Your overall score gives your CEFR level:
